The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right next to the ski lift, allowing easy access to the slopes. The ski shop at lift 20 also adds to the convenience for any equipment needs.
The shuttle service provided by the hotel is inconsistent, making transportation within the area a bit challenging.

Great location near ski lifts and trails. Beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Spacious and comfortable condo with well-appointed furnishings. Friendly and responsive staff. Game room, pool, and hot tub facilities were enjoyable. Ski locker room with boot warmer and amenities provided convenience
Condo in need of renovation, tired and run down. Shuttle service required to access shops and restaurants in the village.

The location of the hotel was great and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery around it. The fact that it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service was also very convenient. We also appreciated the amenities like the pool and fitness center.
The room was not what we expected. It was small and smelled bad. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was outdated. The noise level was also quite high, which made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay. it was a disappointing experience for our new year holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was right next to the ski lift. Although the lift required a few subsequent lifts to get to the main ski area, it was still convenient. Additionally, the hotel was located right next to the river, providing a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a main pool on the property, as well as a smaller pool, hot tub, and game room in our condo. The transportation options were also excellent, with a shuttle service and a city bus stop right outside the hotel.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel facilities were great, including the main pool, smaller pool, hot tub, and game room, providing plenty of entertainment options for adults and kids. The shuttle and city bus stop right outside the hotel made it easy to get around this city. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Everything met our expectations.

Spent a memorable Christmas at this hotel! The spacious condo comfortably accommodated my family and we loved the clean and well-maintained unit. The location was superb, with easy access to the main pool and a smaller pool, hot tub, and game room right in our condo. We also enjoyed the beautiful Gore Creek trail that ran next to the property, offering stunning views and a convenient pathway to the pool area. The shuttle service and nearby Vail city bus stop were a great perk, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the condo made it uncomfortable at times, although the fans provided in the closet helped slightly.

The condo units are spacious and clean, perfect for families or groups. The location is great, with easy access to the slopes and nearby amenities. The main pool on the property is fantastic, and there's even a smaller pool, hot tub, and game room in our condo. The Gore Creek trail next to the property was a beautiful way to get around and explore.
The condo we stayed in had a few issues. The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably hot at times, although there were fans provided.

The location was quite good - close to the ski lift and by the river. It was easy to access the ski trails but the lift required subsequent lifts to get to the main park ski area. The views from the balcony were decent and the pools and hot tub were nice places to relax.
The room was quite warm and uncomfortable, and the lack of air conditioning made it worse.
